Wildlife management with birds of prey
Wildlife management is different from damage and nuisance control and is therefore only allowed with the hawk and peregrine falcon. Wildlife management is about hunting, but it is more than just that. In the Netherlands there are 5 game species that can be hunted: the pheasant, the wild duck, the wood pigeon, the hare and the rabbit. Unlike damage and nuisance control, this may involve restoring population health and reducing population size.
To stimulate sustainable wildlife management, the manager must also take into account the habitat restoration and the promotion of the population. To achieve this, we offer a wide range of options.
Below you will find a small impression of the activities related to sustainable wildlife management.
